How online payments and refund requests are handled by Keybit Payments.
Online payment flow
Payment requests are created by the originating Keybit site and completed on pay.keybit.co.uk using embedded checkout.
Where applicable, settlement updates are sent back to the originating site by signed callbacks.
Confirmation and reconciliation
Successful authorisation alone does not finalize local invoice status until reconciliation confirms final payment state.
Refund handling
Refunds are reviewed against service delivery and contractual terms. Contact info@keybit.co.uk with your invoice/reference to request review.
